If you would like to register for the 2011-2012 dance year, please use the 2011-2012 REGISTRATION FORM & the STUDIO INSURANCE RELEASE. BOTH FORMS are required. We will contact you when your registration has been received.
If you would like to register for a summer event, please use the SUMMER REGISTRATION FORM and specify which event you would like to attend. We will contact you when your registration has been received.
